School Council
Our School Council is a group of children who represent their peers and bring forward their views to improve the school, the curriculum and its grounds. Our School Council is made up of two pupil representatives from each class from Years 1-6. At the beginning of each academic year, children can nominate themselves to be on the School council, they then need to give a two minutes talk to their classes on why they should be chosen. This gives children the opportunity to learn about the democratic process.
Previously our School Council members have have got a 'buddy bench' on the field, changed the school uniform and helped to write a new anti-bullying policy.
