Headteacher’s Welcome

Welcome to the website of Eynsham Community Primary School, a vibrant two-form entry primary school serving the village of Eynsham.  We are proud to be a Community school, putting ourselves at the centre of the village community and encouraging every child to 'Soar to Success'. 

Our school strives for excellence in academic and pastoral provision, placing high quality, engaging texts at the centre of our rich curriculum.  We promote the British Values of: Democracy, Rule of Law, Individual Liberty and Mutual Respect and Tolerance for those of different faiths and beliefs. Being 'Ready, Respectful and Responsible' is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that an outstanding education is built from positive relationships with both children and parents.  We recognise children as unique individuals with talents and needs that are nurtured through inclusive classrooms; where they can flourish and reach their full potential. 

Our school is part of the EPA Trust which includes seven other primary schools, an all-through school (Heyford Park and a local secondary school (Bartholomew School).  Our children benefit from opportunities, particularly in sport, across the trust, as well as from the CPD provided for our staff.

Our website provides an insight to the outstanding provision that takes place in our school. It also includes all of the introductory and statutory information you need, as well as showcasing just some of the things that make our school so special.
