Welcome to Penguin Class page

This week in Maths, the children have been subitising and looking at different representations of numbers. This included a representation hunt around the classroom before identifying representations in their books.

We have also been partitioning using part-whole models. We started the week by using two parts and a whole and finished with three parts and a whole. We also challenged the children to work through their partitioning systematically.
