Woodlands Picture Update (Wednesday and Thursday Pictures)
Year 6 Residential - Woodlands March 2026 - What an epic time we are having so far! All the children have settled perfectly and shown the 3R's since arrival, including a wonderful nights sleep with no tears whatsoever! Yesterday, after unpacking and sorting dorms, the children enjoyed team building activities, while getting to know their group for the week. Last night, we all enjoyed a starry-night walk to listen to the Owls and see the local mountains. Today, two groups have smashed caving, one group enjoyed canoeing and the final group remained on site and loved climbing, abseiling and high-ropes adventures. As I type this, the children have just gone outside for their evening activity of Orienteering. You will undoubtedly be immensely proud of your child (or children) as we have seen such resilience, teamwork and determination already and we are only on Tuesday.
