We have been developing our drawing skills this term, learning about tone and texture. To support our understanding of texture, we completed a texture hunt around the school grounds by taking rubbings. We loved seeing the effect of rubbing lots of different surfaces!

30.09.26 Diary Writing

This term we have been learning to write diary entries. We were inspired by the book 'Vlad and the Great Fire of London' so we wrote our own diaries as Vlad the flea. We really enjoyed imagining what it would have been like to live in London in 1666 and used our new learning about expanded noun phrases to describe this. Please enjoy reading a few of them below!
